Child safety standards

FriendLane China is an adults-only service operated by UNIKIRIN LIMITED. These standards apply to profiles, photos, stories, plans, messages and every other use of the service.

Child abuse and exploitation are prohibited

We prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual solicitation or exploitation of a child, sexual extortion involving a child, and attempts to obtain, create, distribute or arrange such material or abuse. This includes computer-generated exploitative material. A child is anyone under 18.

Report a concern

Use Report on the relevant member’s profile or Me → Help & feedback. If you cannot use the app, email contact@airuizhu.cn. Include the profile or content reference and a brief description. Do not download, forward or email suspected illegal imagery. You may also block the member. If someone is in immediate danger, contact the emergency services where they are; FriendLane is not an emergency service.

How we respond

Our responsible operator reviews child-safety reports, restricts access to suspected prohibited material and accounts, and removes confirmed violations from the service. We report confirmed CSAM to the relevant child-protection or law-enforcement authority and cooperate with lawful requests. For our New Zealand operator, this includes the Department of Internal Affairs or New Zealand Police, as appropriate.

Access to material needed for an investigation is limited to authorized personnel and handled separately from ordinary member access. We follow applicable preservation and deletion requirements. Automated screening can miss abuse; it does not replace action on a report. Private conversations are not automatically sent to the content-screening provider. Reviews and escalation are handled manually; we do not promise continuous monitoring or an immediate response.

Adults only, with protection for children

If you believe a child has an account, report it so we can investigate and take appropriate account and data action. An adults-only service is not permission to exploit children or ignore a report. Do not impersonate a child or create exploitative content to test the service.
