FriendLane China Terms of Service

Effective date: 26 October 2026, upon publication. International edition.

The service

FriendLane China is operated by UNIKIRIN LIMITED. Contact contact@airuizhu.cn for support or complaints. It is an English-first service for adults to explore places in China, discover stories shared at those places, form friendships and make activity plans. You decide whether a story stays private, is shared with your circle, or is publicly discoverable at a confirmed place by eligible signed-in international members. This release is free, with no in-app purchases, subscriptions, payments or booking service. Your network operator may charge for data.

We do not guarantee a companion, attendance, a match or continuous availability. The service is not a dating, professional-guide, payment or emergency service. Supported community/Nearby cities are shown in the app and differ from the wider editorial place collection. The illustrated map is not navigation and does not establish anyone's live location.

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and able to accept these terms. Use a phone number or Apple account you control. Provide accurate information where requested and keep sign-in codes and device access private. Apple and phone sign-in do not automatically merge accounts. Age and country/region are self-reported. Authentication does not constitute a background check, government identity verification or endorsement. English ability is not assessed or certified.

Sharing and meeting others

Discovery and Nearby sharing are separate choices, off by default. Your meeting city can be a future destination; it is not proof of your current location. An optional one-time device location lookup suggests a city for you to confirm and does not automatically publish your position or change your sharing settings.

Stories start as Only me. You can choose Friends, Friends & followers, or separately choose Public at this place. A public-at-place story and its photos can be viewed by eligible signed-in international members you do not know and can contribute to the place's public story and storyteller counts. Shared-cover use requires a separate choice. Personal place cards also require an explicit public choice. Existing stories do not become public automatically. Following is separate from an accepted connection and does not open ordinary private chat. A story can contain up to four photos; video is not supported in this release. Public place-interest marks can show your profile at a place even when general discovery is off. A mark indicates interest, not a visit or booking. Browsing does not contact another person. Ordinary chat opens after a connection is accepted; accepting interest in a plan opens that plan's discussion only.

Global lets eligible signed-in international members browse confirmed places, eligible public stories and the people who chose to share there. Your public place interest and public personal place card are separate choices from general discovery. Changing one setting does not automatically withdraw another public choice. A pending place suggestion is private until confirmed; a public story or card is subject to current access, block and content-review controls. Removing a follower does not itself end an accepted connection or retract content you separately made public at a place.

Show when I'm online starts off. If you enable it, an activity signal while the app is in the foreground can show an online indicator to authorized members; it is not live location or a verified check-in. The in-app notification inbox shows eligible requests, messages and travel updates according to your choices; opening a notice does not accept a request or grant content access. On iPhone, system notifications are optional and require your choice and iOS permission. The inbox works without push permission. Push can be delayed or fail and is not an emergency alert service. You may turn it off without changing a story audience or accepting a connection.

Plans are arrangements between members, not reservations or purchases. Public plans expose a reduced summary. Sending a plan card does not mean agreement: both participants must confirm the same current revision, and changes require confirmation again. Plan together. Agree on costs before you go. Confirm the itinerary, public meeting place, prices and who pays. You may refuse new spending. A member must disclose a commercial connection when recommending a venue or activity and must not pressure others to buy.

Content and conduct

You keep your rights in your content and give UNIKIRIN LIMITED the permission needed to host, process, screen and display it within your selected audience and to handle reports and support. Only upload content and photos you have permission to use. Do not impersonate others, disclose unnecessary private information, harass, threaten, scam, publish unlawful or sexually exploitative material, or interfere with the service or another person's access. Do not use the service to conceal paid guiding, commissions or misleading sales practices.

Relevant profiles and content offered to others are screened with Tencent Cloud as described in the Privacy Policy. Automated results can be wrong. Content may remain pending, be returned for correction or be removed, and you may request human review through Content status or support. Staff may pause community access for misuse with a reason and a support appeal route. Place recommendations require separate editorial approval, including review of sources and commercial disclosures. Approval is not a guarantee of historical accuracy, rights, identity or safety.

Editorial photos/stories and decorative regional artwork are distinct from member submissions. Do not treat them as live members, current visiting conditions or official travel advice. Verify practical arrangements with reliable local sources. Optional AI photo explanations use DeepSeek under the choices described in the Privacy Policy. Other readers need the author’s permission for the current story audience, and the requester separately allows each selected photo before sending it. Viewing or sharing a photo does not authorize a request. Only submit a photo you have the necessary rights and permissions to process. Results may be inaccurate or incomplete; they do not verify a person’s identity, a place’s safety or current visiting arrangements. Explanations are not automatically published, do not analyze video and are not a substitute for reliable local information. Provider processing and retention are described in the Privacy Policy.

Safety, support and leaving

Use Report on a member's profile for a concern and Block to restrict further contact independently. Staff review does not automatically establish wrongdoing. Existing plan participants retain necessary cancellation/withdrawal controls. For an urgent danger, contact local emergency services. The service does not promise 24/7 live staff coverage or automatic support replies.

Use Help & feedback for private support, or email contact@airuizhu.cn. Never send a password or one-time sign-in code to support. You can request human review of an account restriction or content decision.

Me → Delete account requires fresh verification of the same account and removes account data and associated community records as described in the Privacy Policy, including Apple authorization revocation where applicable. Logging out or uninstalling is not account deletion. Deletion cannot recall copies another person has already retained; backups and provider copies follow the Privacy Policy's procedures.

Availability and changes

We may temporarily limit functions for maintenance, faults, security or misuse. Material changes to these terms or data processing will be explained before they take effect, with additional agreement where required. Any future paid feature must disclose its price before a purchase. Nothing here removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

请使用本人控制的手机号或 Apple 账户，保护验证码；两种登录方式不自动合并账户。年龄及国家／地区由本人申报，不等于实名核验或背景调查。英语能力不审核、不认证。

发现和 Nearby 是独立开关，默认关闭；地图是手选粗略区域示意，不显示实时个人坐标。一次定位须您主动选择并确认，不自动发布。故事默认仅自己，可另选 Friends（已接受连接）、Friends & followers（已接受连接及关注者），或明确选 Public at this place，在已确认地点向包括陌生人在内的合资格国际版登录会员公开故事及照片；旧故事不会自动公开。每篇最多四张照片，本版不支持视频。共同地点统计符合条件的公开故事和不同作者，合用封面须另行选择；个人地点卡也须另行选择公开，待确认的新地点建议保持私密。公开地点兴趣印记是另一项选择，即使普通发现关闭仍可展示资料；兴趣不等于预订或到访。关注不等于已接受连接，不开放普通私聊；移除关注者不自动终止已有好友关系或撤销另行公开的内容。普通聊天须先接受连接，计划兴趣只开放该计划讨论。

Global 供合资格国际版登录会员浏览共同地点、选择公开的故事和作者；一般发现、地点兴趣、故事及个人地点卡各有独立分享选择。在线显示默认关闭；开启后，应用前台活动信号可向获授权会员显示在线指示，不代表实时位置或实际到访。应用内通知收件箱按您的选择显示请求、消息和出行更新；打开通知不会自动接受请求或扩大内容权限。iPhone 系统通知默认关闭，须您主动选择及允许 iOS 通知权限；不启用推送仍可使用收件箱。推送可能延迟或失败，不能用于紧急提醒；关闭推送不会改变故事受众或接受连接。

计划不构成平台预订。发送卡片不等于同意，双方须确认同一当前版本，变更后重新确认。出发前请与游伴商量行程、公共集合地点、价格和费用承担，您可拒绝新增消费。推荐者须说明商业关联，不得诱导、隐瞒佣金或强迫消费。

您保留内容权利，并允许我们为功能、所选分享范围及安全审核进行必要处理。仅发布有权使用的文字与照片，不得冒用身份、泄露隐私、骚扰、威胁、诈骗或发布违法／性剥削内容。向他人展示的相关资料与内容按隐私政策交腾讯审核；结果可能有误，可通过 Content status 或客服申诉。地点推荐另经人工编辑审核，通过不代表事实、版权、身份或安全保证。可选 AI 照片讲解使用 DeepSeek，按隐私政策所述选择处理。其他读者须取得作者对当前故事受众的许可，请求者还须每次明确允许该张照片并发送；查看、打开或公开分享本身不授权 AI 上传。仅提交有权处理的照片。结果可能错误或不完整，不核实人物身份、地点安全或当前参观条件，不自动发布、不分析视频，也不替代可靠的当地信息；提供方处理和保留按隐私政策说明。

可私下举报并独立拉黑，工作人员可记录理由限制社区访问，仍可通过客服申诉。紧急危险请联系当地紧急服务，本服务不承诺24小时人工响应。Help & feedback 和上述邮箱接受问题；不要发送密码或验证码。Me → Delete account 经本人重新验证后删除账号及关联记录，Apple 账户还须撤销授权；退出或卸载不等于删号，备份及供应商副本按隐私政策处理。

服务可能因维护、故障、安全或滥用而暂时受限。重大条款或数据处理变更事先说明，并按适用要求再次征求选择；未来收费须购买前展示。任何条款不排除法律不能排除的权利。
